The Brown Rule

“Hey guys, we're almost there,” said RoboRabbit.  “Guys?  Guys!”
“Here, I'll help land,” said Claudio McAwesome (the possum).  Armaninx was off doing maintenance somewhere on the ship, and Green Wart Hog was just sitting there, wide-eyed.  Claudio McAwesome walked over to the control panel and she and RoboRabbit landed the ship.  As they got out, they noticed a nearby group of horses and walked over to it.  The horses were all surrounding one certain horse in the middle, who looked frightened.  All the other horses had blank stares like zombies.
RoboRabbit knew mind control when he saw it.  He immediately jumped over all the horses to the one in the middle, a pure white female.  RoboRabbit recognized her as the winner of last year's swimming competition.
“Go long!” shouted RoboRabbit, picking her up and throwing her to Claudio McAwesome.  RoboRabbit then generated an immense shockwave, flipping all the mind controlled horses upside-down.  He made his way back to Claudio McAwesome, who had successfully caught the horse.
“What happened?” RoboRabbit asked the horse.  “Who could have mind controlled all these once noble horses?”
“I am glad you have returned, RoboRabbit, for while you were gone, our planet was taken over.  It is now ruled by the unthinkable.  It is quite impossible for the person reading what I'm saying to guess what conquered the planet.  They would have to know the writer very well to even be able to guess at what now controls our entire planet.”
Well, as you may have guessed, I'm not going to tell you what controls the planet yet.  Maybe later, but for now it's good for suspense.  I will reveal it soon, though.

RoboRabbit, Claudio McAwesome, and Armaninx frolicked along, with Green Wart Hog trailing behind them.  Next to them was Darkprint, the horse they had rescued.  They suddenly came upon a bunch of cats.  Claudio McAwesome flipped over them and whacked one in the back with her tail.  RoboRabbit spun around, slicing one in half with his laser sword.  Armaninx rammed into another, killing it with his strength, and Darkprint bucked the last two in the face.  Then their enemy (not the cats) appeared from behind a bush and grabbed Claudio McAwesome with their tails.  She was as prepared as a mountain goat, though, and she twisted and grabbed them both.
“Two heads are better than one,” she said, banging their heads against each other and knocking them unconscious without hurting them much.  One more enemy popped out from the bushes.
“You banished us from the kingdom,” he said, “and now you will pay the price.”  Then he took out a pencil and broke it against his forehead, as if to prove his point.  “You have three days to surrender,” he said, “or we will destroy you.”
“You will try,” said RoboRabbit as he went back into the bushes.  “We've got to follow him.”
“Right,” agreed Claudio McAwesome, “we have to find their headquarters.”  So they headed out in the direction the guy had gone.  They left Green Wart Hog to find his way home.
“How are you unaffected by her beauty?” Armaninx whispered in RoboRabbit's ear as they walked.  “I am from another planet, and understand not how you work.”
“First of all,” replied “RoboRabbit, “I am part robot.  Secondly, looks matter not.  It's what's on the inside that really counts.  Now come on, we have to find the base of the squirrels.”
